General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the bigtk platform ("Platform") and all users of its services ("User" or "you"). bigtk is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

The following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" — bigtk's website, mobile version, and all related digital services.
• "Account" — the user's personal registered profile through which the platform's services are accessed.
• "Services" — online betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and all other entertainment services available on the platform.
• "Funds" — money held in the user's account (real money and bonus money are treated separately).
• "Bonus" — any promotional money or benefit granted by bigtk, subject to specific conditions.

By accessing the platform, you declare that you are at least 21 years old and that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Creating a personal account is required to use bigtk's services. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

The following conditions must be met to create an account:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may hold only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• A maximum of one account is permitted per household or IP address.
• Accounts may not be created in the name of or on behalf of any third party.
• bigtk may request documents at any time for identity verification. bigtk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. You should not share your password or login details with anyone. In the event of any unauthorised access, contact us immediately via bigtk Login or directly through support.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bigtk currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Our goal is to ensure simple and fast transactions for our customers' convenience.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes.
• The correct reference number and recipient details must be provided when making a deposit. The user is responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
• bigtk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposited funds must come from the registered account holder's own mobile banking account.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the depositor's mobile banking account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 05 for details).
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Platform Usage Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bigtk platform:

• Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or unfair tactics to gain an advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to carry out any activity on the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform. If any such issue is found, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm any other user.
• Opening multiple accounts to improperly claim bonus benefits.

If any suspicious activity is identified at bigtk's discretion, the platform authority reserves the right to suspend the account temporarily or permanently while an investigation is conducted. Funds held in the account may be frozen during the investigation.

All games and services available on the platform are for entertainment purposes only. Participation in games is at your own risk and must be done with discretion.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bigtk provides bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which the user must follow.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳47,000.
• Wagering requirement: betting equivalent to 25 times the bonus amount must be completed (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit — expired bonuses will be considered void.
• No bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• bigtk reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer may have restrictions on applicable games or betting categories.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once — multiple claims from the same household or device are not accepted.

VIP Program

bigtk has a four-tier VIP program for regular members. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent and active participation. VIP cashback is credited directly to the account and is usable in accordance with applicable bonus terms.

bigtk reserves the right to change the structure, rates, or terms of the VIP program at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

bigtk takes responsible gambling seriously. We believe entertainment should stay within healthy limits.

• The platform is for individuals aged 21 years or older only.
• Users may request deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits for themselves.
• A self-exclusion feature is available — you can request that your account be temporarily closed for a set period.
• If you feel that gambling is affecting your daily life, please contact our team for support.
• Gambling should not be used as a source of income. Consider every bet an entertainment expense.

• bigtk is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or faults in third-party services.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance; the outcome of any ongoing bets during this time will be resolved in accordance with the applicable policy.
• bigtk reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.
• bigtk accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or war.

Account Closure & Fund Return

A user may request to close their account at any time. bigtk also reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Failure to meet the required age condition.

When an account is closed at the user's request, any remaining real money (not bonus funds) will be returned after all applicable verifications are completed. The return of funds for accounts closed due to a breach of terms is subject to review.

Dispute Resolution

If a complaint or dispute arises, please contact the bigtk support team first. Our goal is to resolve every matter fairly and promptly.

bigtk reserves the right to partially or fully change, revise, or update these terms at any time.

• A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
• The most current applicable terms will always be available on this page.
• Users who are unwilling to accept the new terms and conditions may request to close their account.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be partially or wholly invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.

• Failure by bigtk to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• A user's rights under these terms and conditions are not transferable to any third party.
• This document constitutes the entire agreement between the user and bigtk and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.
